The Prairie Woods community offers eighty-seven single family homes in an intimate community that includes a one-acre park complete with a playground for children. Divided into two sections, Prairie Woods’ northern parcel, the Meadow Series, will house 60 homes surrounded by mature trees. The southern parcel, the Arbor Series, will have 27 larger homes, many with look-out or walk-out basements.
What is the Prairie Woods HOA?
We are a homeowners association located in beautiful Island Lake, Illinois. The Prairie Woods Homeowners Association first formed in 2005 when the original board organized the board we have today. It is the purpose of the Prairie Woods Home Owners Association to protect every owner’s vested interest by promoting well-maintained properties and common areas with a high degree of consideration for neighbors.
